I had the pleasure of speaking to an 85-year old man in church some months back. He was full of life and energy, and he was eager to share his health secrets with me. He told me that for the past seven years he has been adding olive oil to his breakfast daily. He said that this has made a huge difference in his health. His bones no longer ache, he felt much younger and stronger, and his blood pressure was even better than his 37 years old doctor’s! He was adamant that I should try it too, as he was sure I would benefit from it as well.
